Gaseous oxygen analyzer TDK-3M is designed for continuous measurement of gaseous oxygen with the highest accuracy and reliability over the entire range of 0 to 100%.. It provides accurate analysis of
flue gases,
oxygen impurities in pure gases,
controlling inert atmospheres in heat treat applications,
monitoring inerting operations where the presence of oxygen is undesirable
ambient air monitoring,
internal combustion engine emissions analysis.
The gas analyzer contains the block of unified output signal shaping and can be applied in computerized control systems of technological processes.
To virtues of the analyzer TDK-3M it is necessary to refer:
reliable operation in dusty, wet gaseous fluids with sulfur oxides;
simplicity in maintenance, checking, mounting and service;
numeric indication of the oxygen content in volume percents;
transfer of strip-chart unified current cue signal on the distance up to 500 meters.
Main advantages of this gas analyzer in compare with analogs are:
The low operating temperature of a gaging mesh (570 C), that allows to increase endurance of a gas analyzer considerably, specially in gases with sulfur oxides;
Presence of the effective screen, which one ensures a uninterrupted operation of the gas analyzer in environments with any dust content during all period of maintenance without necessity of its substitution or cleaning:
Lower price at equal consumer qualities.
